Holly joined Berry & Co’s Invercargill office in 2023 after practising locally for over 11 years.
Holly grew up in the UK before immigrating to NZ and attending the University of Canterbury where she obtained her law degree. She moved south to Invercargill in 2009 where she has practised since.
Holly’s areas of expertise include:
- Advising on all aspects of residential property transactions
- Financing and refinancing
- Advising on small to medium scale commercial conveyancing and leasing matters
- Providing advice on Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and succession planning
- Estate administration, and
- Establishing and administering trusts and other structures for asset protection
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her young family and experiencing all that the Southern region has to offer.
