Louise Laming | B.A., LL.B

Louise joined Berry & Co in 2014 after graduating from the University of Otago before becoming a Partner in 2024.

Louise specialises in employment and family law, has extensive experience in personal grievances, family violence, care of children and relationship property proceedings, and appears regularly in the Family Court and the Employment Relations Authority.

Louise is focused on using her knowledge and expertise to achieve effective resolutions for her clients. She likes to build long-standing relationships with her clients and prides herself on providing accurate and practical advice tailored to each client’s needs and best interests.

Louise is an approved Family Legal Aid provider and member of the Family Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, young children and old dogs.
