Legal Executive, Queenstown

Diana joined Berry & Co in 2002 as manager for the Queenstown office.

Since completing her legal executive qualification in 2006, Diana has focused her work on property law and asset planning. Diana is also a Registered Legal Executive and Conveyancing Practitioner.

Diana’s work includes:

  • Advising on home buying and selling, and commercial property transactions
  • Refinancing matters – residential and commercial
  • Assisting with asset planning
  • Preparation of Agreements for property sales and purchases, and
  • Attending to personal client matters regarding accounting, and general administration on behalf of offshore clients

Diana was born in Tuatapere and grew up in Ohai, Southland. A graduate of the University of Otago, Diana taught junior science, biology, horticulture and mathematics at an Invercargill high school for just over two years. She then spent almost a decade overseas and on her return shifted to Queenstown taking up a position at another law firm before joining Berry & Co. Diana also holds diplomas in business studies, management, human resources and small business through the Open Polytechnic, as well as a Diploma in Conveyancing from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.

A walker and backyard gardener, Diana enjoys the lifestyle and outdoor opportunities Queenstown has to offer.
