Diane Vidallon | B.A., LL.B

Diane joined Berry & Co in June 2023 after graduating from the University of Otago and was recently admitted to the Bar in October 2023.

Diane regularly assists clients with family law matters including parenting agreements, guardianship disputes, contracting out agreements and separation agreements.

Diane also undertakes criminal defence work, assisting senior members of the firm advising on matters including sexual violence, assaults, dishonesty, drug charges, traffic-related offending as well as assisting clients with limited licence applications.

Diane provides assistance on employment law disputes, Dispute Tribunal claims and immigration-related matters.

Diane is originally from the Philippines and speaks fluent English and Tagalog. Outside the office, Diane enjoys lifting weights at the gym, spending time with friends and family, learning how to play golf and is an avid fan of Formula 1.
