Jan is a legal executive with Berry & Co’s Oamaru office.

Having 26 years experience in legal firms, Jan began conveyancing in 2004 and became formally qualified as a Legal Executive in 2006. Jan’s work focuses on home buying and selling, commercial property, the establishment of family trusts as well as assisting with company law transactions. She is a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.

Jan’s expertise includes:

  • Providing advice on property transactions; rural, residential and commercial
  • Preparing necessary documentation for property transactions and completing registration requirements
  • Preparation of company formation and compliance documentation
  • Providing advice and assisting in the preparation of family trusts, and
  • Providing advice on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Born in Oamaru and married to an Oamaruvian, Jan enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, hotrodding, four wheel driving, gardening and travelling.
